I have been following the Get Lean Program for the past month and I love it. I was unsure how I would go in the beginning with the eating plan as I am gluten intolerant and have several food allergies, however the recipes are easy to follow, use simple ingredients and I am able to substitute and change them around if need be without it being complicated. To mix it up I sometimes substitute the chicken with turkey. I appreciate the use of fresh herbs and citrus with dishes – quick and delicious clean eating.

About the Get Lean Program Recipes







When someone mentions the word diet it always conjures up mixed emotions with me or more to the fact Okay so what can’t I eat, well this is where The Get Lean Diet is so different.

The recipes are amazing from the breakfast where a family favourite is the pancakes and my personal favourite the Special Steel-Cut Oats made with figs Mmmmm.

I have tried almost all the recipes in the Get Lean meal section and I can tell you, you are only limited by your own imagination because if you use Belinda’s substitution list the world of Get Lean is your oyster so here are some of my favourites, Roasted Chicken Breasts with Rosemary and Garlic, Chilli Chicken Breasts with Orange or try this recipe with Lamb, Pork or my new favourite White Fish (Delicious), the Sweet Potato and Chicken casserole is also good with Lamb. Latino Chicken is fantastic for a Dinner Party and no one will even know you’re on a diet.

The Thai Beef is a huge favourite with my family and they also love it with Chicken, Pork and Lamb. Here are more favourites that we have been treated to, Greek Lamb Chops (Also great with Chicken), White Fish with Caribbean Sauce, Creole Fish, the Green Garden Salad, in fact we have enjoyed all the salads but my favourite is the Sweet Potato, Corn and Spinach Salad.

My Freezer is full with Get Lean soup, my 10 year old loves the Sweet Potato and Pumpkin mine, Mediterranean Bean and Chicken Soup and let’s not forget Hubby who is in love with Malaysian Soup and Noodles.
